With the MyAAA app, you can:
• Make SOS calls to AAA’s 24/7 Claims Call Centre for immediate assistance.
• Instantly notify the AAA team of your motor claim right from the scene of the accident and help speed up your claim(s) process.
• Locate your nearest AAA branch at your own convenience. We also provide directions via Google Maps to make it easier for you to find us.
The MyAAA app is a MUST-HAVE app for all of our customers on the road in the event of any roadside emergencies or motor accidents.
When you are involved in a traffic accident, the last thing you want to do is go looking for your insurer’s phone number. AAA Assurance has made it easier for you to contact us. With simply a tap on the SOS button, you can be connected to our team of professionals who will be able to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With our insurance claim notification feature, you can send details of your incident directly to us from your phone. Add up to 10 photos, along with the third party and witness’s information to speed up the claim process.
